★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment and the aircond temperature is nice and cool. Outlet is quite spacious.
The service is good, but could be improved as the table service staff forgot to give us chilli sauce for fries and curry sauce for nuggets. My hubby had to go over to get them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Yuzu Mcfizz was undone by the lack of a stirrer or straw. The drink became soda water followed by thick concentrate at the end. Restaurants need to think carefully about their business and not blindly join the bandwagon of "social responsibility" without being responsible for their own product offerings. A straw or a stirrer is just necessary at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on 4/03/22 and I'm very happy with the service,, a man I assume is a manager who is wearing a grey top was kind to inform me about the new ordering system which I find effective.
My food was served by a lady wearing yellow and grey top and she was very polite, kind and well mannered ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a day where the self service machines were down. The McDonald’s here is bright and clean and new. Service was very fast. However one drawback is the air conditioning. I’m not sure if it’s intentional but it’s basically blasting at full strength. Freezing cold!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously rude staff in grey uniform on the collect counter barking at all the customers.First they forgot my order which was ready on the side for 10 mins. Then they refused to give straws and shouted rudely at us. Seems straws now kept locked up unlike other fast food restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t usually like to post negative reviews, but this is way too much.
First branch of Macdonalds that doesn’t have straws.
I actually asked nicely if there were straws available but was told by the manager that it is their policy not to give out straws.
I saw other customers given straws but the manager here straight up told me there were no straws for my 2 year old toddler.
She had to spill the entire cup of milo before they gave straws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The McDonald's by the beach is 1 minute walk to the sea shore. It has both indoor and outdoor seating with ample parking space. Very conducive with kids and there is a big playground less than a minute away.
The area also has other food places adjacent to it.
