One of the female front staff name Jasmine was not sync with the order board, when our order number appeared on the screen under "now serving" column, we came to collect, but she mentioned it was not ready, so we return back to the queueing spot. In another 20s after we returned, she called the number and just simply take the plastic bag next to her, which eventually our takeaway order. The sync between staff and order board should be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean environment. Friendly staff. Approximately 60 seats available. Crowded during the lunch hours & weekends. I noticed longer wait to collect food due to less staff sometimes. Price satisfactory. Food standards & quality are similar to most outlets, Mac Donald standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order thru grab food, 2 out of 6 butter had been liquid form. Suspect it has turned bad and the liquid burst out of the packaging. Photos for everyone to judge on the standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously u cannot always expect customer to keep asking for curry sauce. I bought the sharing box and its suppose to come with 2 sauces. U cannot expect us to remember to ask for it. You cannot forget to give curry sauce especially if its an order that suppose to come with it like the sharing box or nuggets meals. Cibai la. Its ur responsibility to not forget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infomed staff of the cheese that fell off, but the staff merely took the box and walked away. I was left wondering what went wrong. Few minutes later, I was given a new burger (I hope so), no explanation or any acknowledgement. Apart from this unusual experience, the overall cleanliness was only average. But food was ok.

customer service is okay.
i feel like the taste of Angus BLT is not the same compared to other branch, fries is a bit saggy too.
Mango pie tasted like artificial mango candy (nothing to do with the branch)
