β β β β β Most of the time, service is friendly and orders are disbursed promptly from the drive through. SAFRA parking is $4 for non safra members (i am sadly a bit lazy to register my car IU plate) so this is a convenient option

β β β β β Went to the drive thru to order breakfast for my family.
The lady does not know about drive thru member benefits and kept quiet. A gentleman came and reply about drive thru member benefit.
My order was not reflected on the screen hence I asked what is my order and how much. Both kept quiet again.
I asked a few times still no reply after 5 minutes.
Finaly the man replied about my order details. Then I asked how much, he replied. Go to the last window.
Hence I requested for the manager to feedback.
The reply was: "Go to the last windowd. We are understaffed and no trained staff for drive thru. and no time to talk to the manager".

So convenient, most of the time it's an efficient & fast service. Our fries always piping hot, convenient payment mode. MCD should have more drive thrus.

β β β β β The Hokkaido fish burger was very disappointing.
Batter on the fish was thick and soggy. Low quality and quantity of the actual fish meat.
Very generous portion of RAW onions and cabbage.
