β β β β β Such a sad experience, a Grandma and her kid waited in line for so long at the cashier and every staff including the manager just look but never attend to them. They had to leave because the grandma couldnβt take it anymore (I overheard that she couldnβt keep standing anymore) and left with the kid feeling upset. Really horrible.

β β β β β I don't usually give reviews, but for this Khatib restaurant I have to. Staffs are very slow for this restaurant. It was not the first time they missed something out of my order for takeaway or delivery. When I ordered mobile order, I came and collect after 15 minutes. I have already saw my food on the desk inside the takeaway bag, but the drinks are the last one to be filled after so many customers behind. My food was already cold by the time I wait and take back home! The reason I rated it a 2 star is because the manager of this restaurant was really nice enough to deliver the missing items to my house personally. Thanks about that, I thought it would let you guys know.

β β β β β Order 1 happy meal 4pcs nugget and set meal 9pc nugget. But the 9pcs nugget they give 4 pcs McWings. The crowd was not busy. But runner/packer didnt check the order before handing over to customer. My advise for future purchase, please check your order before go off from the counter.

β β β β β It was nice place prepandemic. However, now everything is slow. I support their effort to prevent local transmissions, but this branch is really slow with dealing with customers and allowing them to enter. There is always a long queue. I suggest to order online, it is way faster then going to the actual location.

β β β β β I dined in the restaurant on 8th October. Thoughout the whole time there, the tables were not cleared. The service crew don't even bother to clear the trash bag! How do the patron clear their own trays?
When I got my Samurai burger, it's in a terrible mess. The green tea is waayyyy to sweet. AWEFUL! There are flies flying around, how disgusting is that! ???

β β β β β Very slow.. 20mins waiting time for 1 value set meal. I think the tze char stall near my home can whip up a plate of noodles faster than it takes for them to prepare one set meal. Maybe it's understaffed or too much orders... definitely not a FAST food restaurant..

β β β β β Did takeaway for the newest Korean jjang jjang burger. Bought the beef burger. Sweet yes, spicy? No. Beef was quite tender, but would still prefer the prosperity burger. Fries standard had dropped and no longer the golden fries in my opinion given that there are many other restaurants do much better fries.
