β β β β β Halal certified Thai style hotspot. Went for the buffet promo 2 pax for SGD35 nett. It was a pretty decent meal and food selection was ok. Clean environment. However, I agreed with most of the review - the male staff in black shirt who stood at the shop front (supposedly the manager) was indeed a turn-off. During my both visits, he was impatient and arrogant. The company should really review his service attitude, you could tell that the other staff were not happy working there. If a manager doesn't even lead by example with such bad attitude as a frontliner, how to expect the other staff to provide good service to customers. It's quite unfortunate to have such service crew. Only the young Chinese waitress was pleasant.

β β β β β Food - The selection was okay considered that we went for the promo of $35nett. Soup base is tasty, loved it. Dipping sauce is lovely as well, especially sauce 1 & 2.
Experience - Communication between staff and manager is bad. A young staff manages the cashier, i enquired about clocking the point system as a member and was directed to look for the manager for answer. Went to look for the manager, being taught how to have it resolved, went back to cashier to teach his staff. Quite a unique experience running moving around the restaurant looking for answers and guiding the staff on how their process works.
Oh and also DO also note to make sure you HAVE a booking or the Filipino manager will make you feel βpunishedβ for not having a booking before patronising the restaurant. So do remember to have a booking to enjoy a better treatment than a third class customer.

β β β β β This place has become one of my fav steamboat places. Concept is similar to sukiya and shabu sai. But the soup bases here are all thai soups! Flavour is strong. Variety of food is good too. Free flow drinks at $2.99++. Quite worth it. Staff is friendly and service is fast!

β β β β β Quiet on a weekend dinner timeslot. We tried the Khaosoi and Red Tomyam soup bases. Both were pretty good and rich. Meats are conveniently ordered via the QR code and a reasonable variety of other hotpot ingredients. The only downside is the table design???? Its impossible for guests sitting at the inner sofa seats to exit if the table next to us is occupied. The table is blocked by a wooden flap. Poor table design.. so do request for the tables next to you to be empty.
Good to try once.

β β β β β Reasonable pricing with basic spread, decent enough from its price point.
Opt for Clear Tom Yum & Chicken base & the tom yum one is extremely flavourful. The meat is very tasty even without the dipping sorts.
We topped up $4.90 per pax for free flow drinks & desserts.
Drinks choice: Thai milk & iced lemon tea, lemongrass drink
Desserts: Thai kueh, thai mango sticky rice, assorted fruits and ice cream.
Disappointments:
Assorted fruits: was expecting with options of oranges, watermelon etc. However, the service crew told us that they only have small whole apples.
Cheese tofu: has a soggy and mushy texture despite cooking it properly.

β β β β β The Filipino manager is the problem in this store. Talk so fast and expect us to understand what you are saying. You might as well don't talk. This manager got attitude problem, should send for counselling. The rest of the staff attitude are much more better than him. We were kept reminded by him that how many more minutes were left. Annoying to the max. Won't return visit for sure. Expensive experience.

Wat I Like Most Are The Chinese Spinach n Thai Milk Tea. Service & Clearing Of Plates Quite Prompt Therefore Left A 4/5 Rating.

β β β β β Our first time coming here for lunch buffet and it was a pleasant one!
You can choose either grill or soup. And you can add-on premium as well as free-flow drinks (with or without desert). We opted for both so thatβs about $15+ on top of the grill we choose.
I like how the portions are just nice for 2 pax, so weβre not wasting anything. Food tasted really good; good quality. The grill was amazing, first time we experience a rotating grill. So, the food tends to cook a lot faster than traditional ones.
Loved the mango salad and tom yum soup!!
Though the customer service can be improved but, overall it was a great lunch.
