My husband ordered a few wagyus t bones. Products were great. But what struck a chord was the service. Something popped up the night before delivery and we had to change delivery day to a day later. Whatsapp them at 11pm for a last minute change of delivery date. They gladly accomodated. Good job Shaun and diana

The grassfed ribeye was superb!! flavorful and awesome texture. Ordering and delivery process was smooth. Personnel from Meat Co were attentive to any questions I have. Keep it up! Definitely will be ordering more in the future!

I have been ordering regularly for the last six months. And would especially like to note the highest quality and freshness of beef. This shop forever changed my understanding of what good meat is. Also great lamb. All goods come sealed and in the case of steaks it is very convenient if you use a sous vide. Delivered beautifully.

3rd time buying online from Meat Co, online chat was responsive and quality of meat was good. Had minor issue with the order on my second time ordering with them which they promptly rectified it. Their meat are of high quality and i feel assured of my purchases everytime i order with them

Ordered 2x 250 ribeye wagyu and 2x 250g ribeye barley fed cut. Overall good quality steak for its price. But I noticed that the steaks all break apart when removed from the packaging (as seen in the picture) . Could be the way it’s cut or the cuts I received, but this affects how evenly the steak cooks when heated. Steak is also not an inch thick, would prefer thicker cut.

Meat is of good quality but there is definitely too much fat left on the pieces so you end up basically getting at least 20% of fat bringing the price higher for the actual meat you get. Tomahawk has a way too much bone so you get 600g of meat while being charged 1.1Kg There are definitely better quality price ratio offers elsewhere

Received beef brisket delivered by Redmart (ordered online via Lazada) this morning. Packaging was covered by dew and felt that it has been left in room temperature for awhile. Colour of meat looks dull and darker in tone too. Disappointed with quality and the way fresh meat was handled during transit. Hope feedback is helpful to whom it may concern.

Would give zero stars if i could. 1. I was told via whatsapp that i would be updated one day before my delivery about the timing of my delivery. However nothing was sent to me. I sent a whatsapp at 5pm, only for them to reply to me at 11pm to tell me that the delivery was 12-4pm. 2. The delivery came at 4.45pm which was later than expected. This was not all. When it came it wasnt properly chilled. It wasnt even in an ice box. The box was also way too big for my 3 pcs of steak and there was only 1 ice pack given. The meat were not even in contact with the ice, and they were WARM. not cold. 3. The box came smelling like cigarette smoke. Thats disgusting. 4. Im most upset with the quality of the steak. Just look at the wagyu ribeye i got. 50% of it is a STREAK OF FAT. Nobody would buy this at the supermarket. Why would you even sell this? Just because i cannnot see and cannot choose the meat?? Moreover its not like your meat is cheaper than other stores. update: the meatco people had given me a refund for my meat. To give credit where credit is due, they were very responsive to my feedback.
