N	Nicholas Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the vibe of the store, lots of boards to experiment with for newbies, and the staff are friendly and helpful when approached. Leaving a review mainly to mention DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AS A CUSTOMER. Although the staff were very informative, there are still some gaps in their knowledge (which is totally understandable). We bought some stabilizers recommended by the staff to go with our kit, only to find out mid-assembly that they were incompatible. The incompatibility is not well-documented even in enthusiast forums so I can't blame them, but for your own sake, be sure to do your own research and test as much as possible before starting full assembly. Aside from that, some items are anywhere from slightly to significantly more expensive than other places, so do check online before committing to a purchase. In our case, it was only marginally more expensive, so we still decided to buy here due to the great in-store service.

The shop has probably one of the better selections of Boards, Switches, Keycaps, anything you'll need to make your keyboard. After I got the board is why I gave a 3 star review. I ordered a custom part to come with the board and was charged even though the completed board did not come with it. I thought it was a mistake but when I asked the shop, they said that they didn't give me the part because it didn't fit the board during assembly. They had my number and still did not tell me. They gave me a refund when I asked them about it, but if my friend hadn't pointed it out I would have paid for something that the store knowingly did not give me.

Like to me, mechanical keyboards require a deep dive but these people make it really accessible and easier. They have good advice man and it’s not always with the intent of sales so that’s gold to me. Please, just go it’s a nice spot complete chill.

You can ask for further modification if needed. Staffs are very friendly, helpful, and does not hard sell at all :) They don't bite! I can see that all the staffs are real mechanical keyboard enthusiasts that know their things.

Hykal was super patient and helpful, and we had a really friendly and fun conversation about boards, caps and whatnot. There's plenty of boards, switches and keycaps to view and demo and it was a great experience to both a newbie and an experienced friend. I'd definitely recommend having a look around and having great chats with the staff. :)

This is really the only place you should visit if you gonna invest on custom keyboards as I had done my homework and don't wish to waste my time on other reseller either insanely overprice or very low end product but spend tons of money on their advertisements. The crowd in this place is insane with many question from their walk-in so don't expect the sales representative to talk to you like no tomorrow but I still felt very impress by the one who serve me let's call him the (handsome gold hair guy) he really answer most of my question and comfirm not the type of person that just sales talk you into spending ? Ah if your drive parking quite limited so all depends on your luck and it's parallel park unless you willing to walk. They carry a huge range of keyboards / keycaps /key switches / gaming mouse / etc etc In short it's about how deep you would want to get into the hobby as the product they have cater to a wide variety of customer. Lastly I am so happy with my keyboard thank so much to Mecha team ! ❤️

They also have a wide variety of boards for sale. Anyone can also bring their boards to the store if they wish for them to give their own personal touch to their boards. The following pictures are my board that I have bought from them and asked them to build for me, and some from the store itself.
