Excellent folks behind the company, with meticulous attention to the custom made furniture I requested. Very recommended if you are after well made customized furniture.

The best place for upholstery is Singapore. They are reasonably priced and very fast. Their service is of high quality. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to update sofa or re-fresh their dinning chairs. Of note, they also provide a wide range of upholstery fabrics.

I was a repeat customer of Mega Marketing. They had done a good job changing my leather sofa 4 year ago. Went back to them recently but was so so disappointed. Was quoted 650 and told around 2 weeks or more. After collecting my sofa for 3 weeks, was advised that my sofa was still good and only required some patching up and 4 coats of polishing. I had emphasised that I would rather changed the leather, unless the patch up is done well. Was very shocked when I got back the sofa. The patch work was badly done and there’s still little “cracks” around. Also sofa don’t seems to be polished with 4 coats at all, cos it’s so dull and dry. Had feedback through WhatsApp to Sean and sent him the pictures. Normally he was prompt to respond but just went quiet this time round. Have to say I am so disappointed. To be fair, they were great in changing leather but I will not recommend patch up and polishing at all. I would have top up 350 more to change it if i know it’s going to be this ugly.

Kenneth and his nephew Shawn did a great job in helping me realize my dreams of starting a model railroad layout. Kenneth accepted my request, did drawings and gave advice to improve upon my initial design. Would go back to them again if I wanted to expand my layout and build a new extension!

Lack of communication on updates of a TV console ordered during construction which included a (understandable) delay due to COVID-19 infection that was no mentioned. I would wonder what additional delay would have been if i didnt ask. Promise of specific handle design was made but only communicated upon completion that it was not possible as a special machine was required to build it. Always check whether the quoted price includes GST or not as it wasnt mentioned at the start. I have to caveat that the product is good (9/10) except for some harderned lacquer droplets on the inside of the TV console. If you focus only on the end result and not the journey, then i guess this company isn't too bad.
