★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought meltedsg's earl grey vanilla 5" cake during their year end promo last December. The collection date was on 1 Jan 2019, and we were told that the opening hours was 12pm - 6pm so my parents went to collect at 12pm+ (approx. 12:40pm). But the owner said that she's out for lunch and asked my parents to head back at 2pm? We were so angry, but thankfully in the end, she came back to the shop in 20 minutes.
The cake looked great from the outside. But when we saw how uneven the inner layers were, we were so turned off. Just look at the subpar quality... Having said that, the taste was pretty pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are too many awesome remarks for my experience with meltedsg, so I will just share a few impt points:
1. The customised pull money lottery cake design is so unique and creative, can tell that a lot of effort is put into it. Yet the price is reasonable and affordable.
2. The cake is not just icing sugar (what I thought/most people will think it is), it is like sponge cake inside and it is not too sweet too! The taste and flavor was just perfectly right! I recalled my relative saying 'This kind of customized cake, design looks nice but taste confirm not that nice', but after taking the 1st bite, she was so surprised 'OMG I take back my words! This is so delicious! Hmm!! So delicious'
3. The customised cake was delivered on time and I am still amazed how the cake did not toppled during the transportation.
Thank you for making my daddy's 60th birthday such a special one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Earl Grey Caramel Swiss Roll for my Girlfriend's Birthday. It was so pretty and it was rich and creamy! We loved how it was so delicious yet not too sweet! The cake far exceeded my expectations and my girlfriend was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely order again from MeltedSG and Melted.bakehouse because of their professionalism and usage of fresh ingredients! This is by far my favourite brand offering both savoury and sweet baked goods! Highly recommended! :)
