★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place filled with children who plays recklessly. And the security guard at the Front Guardhouse has the worst attitude towards residences and visitors. Quite arrogant uncle.
Other 2 stars are for the convenience to the busstop, Tampines East MRT, Changi General Hospital and Changi Airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big compound, lush greenery, Olympic size swimming pool, jacuzzi pool and a kid's wadding pool. The blocks are not close to each other, unlike new developments. The living room and bedrooms are big (compared to newer condos), especially the master bedroom where you can easily place a king size bed, a 2-seater sofa, a small coffee table, a 6-door wardrobe and other stuff without feeling squeezed. I love it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to say this - but this is a condo complex where absolutely low class people live. Never buy or rent a condo here if you want a decent life. The condo might have been great years back, but right now this place is comparable to living in slums of India. Tenants, maids and their kids have no manners, have no idea what standards to follow while living in a foreign country, absolutely dirty and trashy premises. I wonder how these people landed in this country with such living standards!
