Simei Green Condo - 1 Simei Street 4

Strategically located on Simei Street 4 which can be a great condo for people working in Changi Business Park which is just 2 bus stops away ( or 12-15 min walk)

For a condo this has.good amenities. It is one of those few that has a sauna/steam room. I like steam rooms but never liked the one here. When I opened the door, it smelled like mold and a bunch of cockroaches scurried about. This irked me that I didn't even bother. Pool, tennis court, bbq pits and parking are all goid - but typical for a condo. The guards are unfriendly.

Condominium complex with good facilities but quite busy at times. Many of the units are tenanted. Transportation is convenient with buses and trains nearby. Amenities is also within walking distance and near to the airport too

Can rarely find a full-facility condo in the East at $800+ psf nowadays. A few minutes walk to 2 MRT stations.?
