★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. CNC fails to service the car after picking up my car. Called the call Centre a dozen times, and each time they promised that someone would call me back but no one does. The next pick up and return service to service my car was supposed to be complementary, but they deducted 4 trips from my balance instead. Unbelievable.

Poor service - No shuttle bus service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient service. Appreciate that they wash and cleaned my car before pick-up. Just wish they had shuttle service between the workshop and a nearby shopping mall.

I called the hotline and was advised to proceed to the service centre.
When I arrive, they advise me to park the car as they are unable to test.
They will test on Monday. I went on Friday.
I did not leave the car with them and drove to another workshop.
Please note, no booking allowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience at the Eunos Service Centre. I specifically mentioned that I need the car by end of Tues and was told to bring down my car on Mon morning (took annual leave to do so) so that it can be completed in the evening the next day. And I have also highlighted this again when I submitted my car for servicing. On Tues, the contact in charge did not reply my followup message in the morning and his phone was switched off when I tried to call him. Only managed to get a call back after going through the service centre. And the earliest I can collect my car will be late afternoon on Wed. And I was given the wrong pricing of my service package as well until further probing. Really disappointing service

All within 20 minutes and after I had my complimentary Breakfast and Coffee my car was ready!
