Worst customer experience ever. CNC fails to service the car after picking up my car. Called the call Centre a dozen times, and each time they promised that someone would call me back but no one does. The next pick up and return service to service my car was supposed to be complementary, but they deducted 4 trips from my balance instead. Unbelievable.

Sent in my car for servicing. The service was great, managed to do wheel rotation with the coupon. They've done a reasonable job. It'll be perfect if they open the side gate. It's a little far to walk through the main gate.

Nearest service center for me so i send my car here for servicing and polishing. Have not been disappointed in their service. They are prompt in picking up and sending back my car to my home for and after service.

Mostly bored men dragging their boots with bored faces and bored voices cautioning possibilities of long waiting times as though to share with customers the punishment of working there and to warn customers against asking for help to solve vehicle issues. "Woe to owners" is the message received. Some suffering SAs are too preoccupied with their own issues to be concerned with customers. Expect very little and you won't be too disappointed. Seems C&C needs a tune up or an overhaul for it's service attitude as part of it's service level. I have some hope they can fix this. Edit: Downgraded to 1 star as they hooked it up diagnostics to the OBD, ignored the error code history, maybe went through the motion of a short drive around the estate and happily handed me back the vehicle a day later. Zero professionalism. Essentially they used this case for a breather on wheels during work hours to pack in the time that they appeared busy. They even ignored performing the 40K service which was due and that I made a booking for during this occasion. Expert skivers. To top it off the receiving SA, Lew, conveniently takes leave on the day the vehicle was collected - sabotage the customer by setting nothing up to be done and be absent when it blows up. That's one fella with a really bad working attitude. Thankfully customers have another C&C service centre to go to, which shows how bad this Ubi outlet is.

Found out 2 weeks later after servicing the car the silver part of the steering wheel have a long hairline scratch I swear to god I did not cause it and also I’m the only one Driving the car and also rarely drive it . Ive this obsession about dents scratches on my car and know where these are located. I rarely drive the car and I do not understand why you need whole day just to service the car lousy at bmw if I were to send in early morning I’m able to collect it 5 hrs later….

Car window button not working and still under warranty. Went there three times to get it fixed. 1st time just drove in and the staff checked the car, offered no solution and asked me to schedule a session to come back again. Second time, the staff is more knowledgeable and told me he would order the part and when it arrived, they will call me to drive in to fix it. After a few weeks, no one called me. Then I reached out to them again to enquire the status. Luckily after a few days, they called me the part is ready and asked me to come to replace the part. So many improvements here. For example, save 1 trip through better training of staff to order part the 1st time i drove in, better follow up to proactively update customers the progress etc.
