Dear Officer, I wish to register an official complaint against the security team in charge of The Interlace Condo. This is the second time I'm lodging a complaint, the first being on 8th March 2017. I have an arrangement with and approval from the condo management council, allowing non-resident patients holding company benefits card to visit my clinic, which is situated within the condo. However, despite my numerous attempts at communicating the workflow to the team, the security guards are repeatedly denying these patients entry and, on certain occasions, doing so rudely and unprofessionally. In one alleged instance, a security guard even asked the patient to describe what sickness he had, so that he can decide whether to allow him in or not. This cannot go on. The security guards seem to be actively targeting and jeopardizing my business. After my last complaint. your company promptly counselled the offending security supervisor and sent a representative to meet me to resolve the problem. I fail to understand how the current security team is adopting the same adversarial stance towards my clinic, even when the management council has already allowed non-residents to visit my clinic in the latest council meeting. Also, I have corresponded with the management to allow a relief doctor access today and they have assured me that the guards will be informed. However, the doctor was blocked at the entrance this morning, and only allowed in after my clinic staff intervened. My clinic staff has tried on more than 1 occasion to communicate with the guards but each time they would deny ever having denied patients entry to the clinic. I have repeatedly ask the condo management office to communicate with the security guards, but apparently even the GM cannot explain the guards' recalcitrant actions. Security guards cannot be allowed to take retailers hostage. I shall be writing in formally to SPF licensing department to seek advice, and expect an answer from Metropolis. A deceiving company which make you sign 2 sets of agreements letter. After which they will deploy you at a wrong designation. Then the pay roll department will tell that you did not fulfil the package and short changed your salary. Reason being you did not deploy at the specific position. So ended up from a agreed salary of $130 a day ended becomes. $85.44. Those brothers and sisters outside looking for job . Think thrice and look carefully and ask again again and again. Confirm your post already than commit. Good luck to all.
