His teaching is clear and concise. Good at stimulating our thoughts and also very passionate about his teaching. Mr Hidayat Razak is another good instructor to take us through the practical part of the course, he is helpful, thorough and yet practical in his teaching. Well prepared for his teaching. Thank you.

Our instructor, Syakirah managed to guide us through the 2 days or training and the learning process was an enjoyable one. Shima was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were able to understand the procedures, have hands on session and also ask questions along the way. The trainer herself manages to built rapport with us within 2 days or training and it makes the learning process an enjoyable one.

MHI Training Master has always been my 1st choice to go to, for my First Aid courses. The sessions are fun and interactive mainly because the trainers have great sense of humour therefore participants don't feel tense in class. I attended my recent First Aid course and it was superb. Thumbs up trainer Tinesh and MHI.

I know its COVID, and most personnel might be working from home, but I feel you still need to mind the company phones. Because at times, participants need help before going for the physical class.

The trainers are very professional in delivering the training courses. They not only made the course enjoyable while learning with their fun and interactive sessions but also were able to get through all the queries which were asked by the participants. With their great sense of humor during the class you will never get bored in the classroom. Staffs were very responsive over the calls and emails and through follow up emails. The course material was very well delivered and structured, it gives a clear understanding on the syllabus. Most of the staffs I met during the course are friendly and approachable. This is one of the places I would highly recommend for your certification course for First Aid and AED.
