★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very upset with SSA Group after sale services, as my request of changing two courses from Saturday 24/3 & 31/3/18 and 7/4 & 14/4/18 to Sunday soon after signing on 10/3/18 8.08pm at Hougang Center, till 14/3/18 is unable to give me written confirmation that can be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! Not recommended at all! Sign up at Bedok Roadshow on 27march for Excel Course on 3,4,5 April. Took leave from work to attend. When I reach on 3april before 9am, the staff there says that its postponed and my name was not even in the register to inform me. What is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the subjects taught very relevant and the trainers quite experienced in their respective subjects they are responsible.
The facilities are good but I personally feel that the counter are short handed. Always long queue forming.
