It depends on whom you talk to while calling for the service. I encountered issue of forgetting my login information and I called to technical support first. The lady from technical support team is a bit rude and then transferred me to billing team. And the one from billing team who answered my call is like junior level, may be. So he checked with his team leader and transferred me back again to technical support. The next guy from technical support speaks in veryyyyy rude way and suggested to call billing team again. I've already lost my temper but being patient one more time and called again to billing team. I met with a new lady and she is so helpful. The issue has been solved in a minute. Hope I can directly talk to such lady if I have to call again. So, guys, a helpful tip is "don't call technical support team while you are busy or hungry because you will surely get angry in a few seconds. Make sure you're in calm state or prepare to be patient as much as you can to call technical support team". For billing team, in my case, they speak nicely and helpful. Thanks.

Bought a surface pro in May. Started having problems after a month. Webpages overlap and screen flickering non stop. Called customer service and guy says can do replacement. Says warranty date also updated wrongly in their system. Says will deliver new device and exchange one for one in 3 days. After 2 weeks, nothing happened. After calling service line, got routed twice before they finally got the right person to talk to me. They realized the guy didnโ€™t follow up with warranty update nor request to replace. They requested for documents again. Need to charge me full price before delivering a new one to me. Then now requires me to send back the faulty one after receiving the replacement. Unable to give me an answer if the faulty device gets damaged or lost in transit back to them via third party courier and who will bear the charges? Totally disappointed with devices and customer service. Buy at ur own risk..

Ordered Surface pro from the microsoft store, was given very misleading information and Support staff over the phone was pushy and unwilling to sympathize, they just kept repeating their default templated message.

I purchased an item on the Microsoft online store that I never received. There is NOWHERE that this problem can be addressed - not by online form/ chat/ or phone support. I raised multiple tickets to online support through the account I used to purchase the item - not acknowledged. Tried calling both the technical support and general enquiries helpline (because thereโ€™s no online store customer service contact). Kept on hold for 30-40 mins each time before it cuts out without resolution. Even tried messaging the store on Facebook, with no response. Iโ€™m beyond shocked that a company of this stature cannot get the very basics of customer service right for an online store. Iโ€™d give zero stars if I could.

What a disaster! We have had the worst possible customer service experience ever with Microsoft. Lots of promises, no delivery. Device that should have taken 3-6 days and we are now on 3 weeks and still counting. Each day they promise to escalate, promise to email or phone, promise to contact service centre but none of it happens. Please don't use them, it is super disappointing.

The customer service experience is excellent. Though you have contact them regularly via calls and emails. They sent me a brand new engineered tested replacement of Surface Laptop Go as my laptop was under warranty. Thank you Microsoft support.

The customer experience centre was incredible. It's open to corporate customers to understand applications for business. There is a barista and coffee station.
