★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 would recommend. As compared to other fine dining restaurants, I felt that the food was “simpler” less pretentious, but delicious all the same. The better dishes were the platter of snacks to kick off our meal, pasta dishes (incredible sauces), iberico pork and the tea-flavoured dessert (I forgot what exactly was it).
Not to forget, service team was excellent as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosphere, mood, and service perfectly compliment the amazing course meal at this high-end eatery by Chef Fernando.
If not for Covid, I would make this an annual destination from Tokyo to Singapore. Definitely worth the trip.
Highly recommended.

Overall the food and service was excellent but if someone pay this amount for dinner.. they can expect this ?

The preludio experience, the restaurant’s best dishes put together, will make your money’s worth. Service was absolutely lovely and so was the ambience of the restaurant. This place is perfect for a romantic meal/celebration. Preludio sets the bar for a modern european fine dining experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The curated menu was amazing, it took my tongue on a wild ride. Unique tastes through out the course.
The staff was attentive and friendly, it was a anniversary celebration and they took the effort to prepare a small chocolate piñata filled with sweets to commemorate the occasion.
Overall a fantastic experience, and thank you Preludio for making our anniversary a unforgettable one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Preludio for biz lunch . The ambience was clean , minimalist. At each table there is a table sculpture to generate discussion .
Had the executive set lunch . The rye bread was very nice , came with some honey glazed on top .
Each dish was well executed and plated but there isn’t one which left an exceptional impression .
But I will come back again to try dinner for full experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the new (and possibly best to date!) chapter at Preludio. “Author’s Cuisine” gives a delicious and nostalgic insight to chef Fernando Arevalo’s Colombian-Italian heritage. And yet a subtle dash of Asian flavour to intrigue.
Love how Chef personally came to describe the origin and soul behind every dish. So incredible how much “heart” there is to all the yumminess!

Place - weekend parking is reasonable here. Place is nice and cozy, not crowded. Very exclusive feel with nice deck around.

Food - as expected, fine dining is small portion of food with many course. Food wise generally taste nice with some dish stood out like the beef and pasta.

Pricing - its on the high side for fine dining if I compared to other fine dining. But I'll visit again after a long time to rotate places I go.

Recommended more for couples, I went as a family dining and it's okay. But it's more suitable for couples.

Overall it's a place I'll visit again but not too soon as the pricing is on the high side, other consideration such as food and service are OK, but nothing really to shout about. Good to visit at least once to clock your foodie footprint ?
