β β β β β You need tonnes of time and patience. Delivery is extremely slow. The management needs to look into it unless they are happy when 3 months delivery target. Avoid this outfit.
Received sms informing me items are ready. When i went there, not every item was ready. Time from taking measurement till now, 6 months & NOT READY. Please close shop lah.

They are doing business suicide.
They took my measurement mid July.
Sent me SMS to collect today but shirt was tailored wrongly. I learned that my tailored shirt was actually from the standard sized ready made and not made to measure. They took 2 months to take from their stores. Ask me to do a fitting so that they can alter it to my size. What's the point of taking my measurement in the first place?
The staff doesn't understand what she was doing. She still says that nobody complain about their services. She finally called her superior to talk to us. Whom seems to be more understanding and apologised for wasting my precious time going to their store for nothing. Offering to deliver those shirts to me when it's ready. Totally disappointed. Will never go back ever.

β β β β β The admin lady was rude. My aunty came in for measurements when she enter the door the admin lady saw that my aunt was using the handicapped scooter the admin lady say the scooter cannot go in cause the place was small which was not there's a lot of space inside.
