Thank you Wendy for coming by our place to give a demo session of all our Miele products. It has been very informative and the products are also well-designed with various smart functions. Also, great thanks to Jesse as well for coming by and fix our hood. The turnaround time was relatively fast and we are really thankful.

My appreciation to Wendy, Miele Executive for conducting a demo in my house yesterday for the dishwasher, oven, microwave cum steamer and the food warmer. She helped us to do the initial set up and run in the oven too to get rid of the initial smell. She is very patient and helpful to go through each Miele equipments and we are thankful that Miele Singapore provides such demo support and this support definitely helps to cut down the time needed to read the manual for each equipment.

Miele offers free product demo for appliances bought even if not directly from them. I bought my Miele appliances from Harvey Norman and still received the demo. Wendy came to my home and did product demo. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Demo was thorough and she helped to clear all my questions! I would like to thank Wendy a lot for her excellent service!

A warm shoutout to Wendy for coming down to my place to conduct a demo for all the Miele products that we’ve bought. She showed outstanding and exemplary knowledge of the products and were very patient as she went through each of the functions and features with us. We thoroughly enjoyed the demo process and were left very excited to start putting our new Miele appliances to use. Really great service!

High End Miele washer(wcg120) stopped working on year 4. Found out it’s Power control unit died n need replacement. Upon contacting Miele, ladies staff from hotline were very helpful in providing information. However I was very frustrated with a male staff name R** who rejected most of my questions and requests. So I demanded to communicate with his superior. Ms Kristene took charge of my case and went extra miles to help me calculate the repair costs, set the schedule, etc… Technician James vistited my place on time, professionally fixed the machine, and giving me tips for maintaining the machine. I’m so grateful to Ms Kristene and James for bringing my beloved Miele washing machine back to life.

I have just had a terrible experience with Miele, and it is still unresolved. The dishwasher gave out, and six weeks later, and three mechanic visits, it is still unresolved. I wrote an email to their service center 10 days ago, and no one wrote back. yesterday I called and after ten minutes of discussion, was told that a particular agent was responsible and would call me back soon, as she was on another call. Two hours later she called when I was busy, and never tried again. Today I called again, and got the same run around. This is a premium product and should have premium service. I am revising my review to a neutral 3* as Miele subsequently responded to my concerns (and this review) and the dishwasher is now working properly. I would advise Miele to significantly improve their customer experience β€” the technician should enter the service report digitally into an APP and the report should be available to the Customer Service Center and the Customer immediately. All charges should be clear β€” parts, service, other. If a concern is raised it should be answered within a business day. If you develop a reputation for the best customer service you will sell far more appliances.

My Miele products are constantly failing within 4 years (3rd time for my washer & vacuum cleaner motor also burned out), despite doing regular maintenance. Too expensive and cost a bomb to repair as well once out of warranty. Wasted lots of my time and caused a lot of inconvenience and hassle. Not sure how is it consider a premium brand and contradicts with their philosophy to build high quality products that last a long time.

I have had positive experiences with all Miele products and after sales support since I started using Miele products more than 17 years ago. Naturally when the time came to replace my aged Miele models I chose Miele again. So far I have not been disappointed. The entire crew comprising Terrance, Jacky and Wendy, from Sales, installation and product demo respectively, impressed with their professionalism and high level of product knowledge. Most importantly they were all willing to educate me on how to effectively use the various products. Thank you team Miele for your patience. I look forward to many more years of trouble free enjoyment of Miele Products.
