Over the past 6 weeks I can only be increasingly grateful to the excellent product and par excellent service rendered continuously both pre and post sales service/consultation. The first ever experience of purchasing a commercial kitchen appliance with prior top class tele-consultation and on-site demo plus actual processing of the product that I need the appliance for. Mii is not a monopoly distributor, yet there is no where near a competitor as Mii walks their talk in so many ways that one cannot imagine such a holistic business model in an urban stressful and capitalistic context. Time is money. For Mii, time rendered to ensure all prospective/existing customers are supported to help deliver their business intents optimally is truly worth any business school’s curriculum for entrepreneurs wannabe. I took several years to refine my business contents and sourcing of the right equipment to support it. When Jason Bong (one of the founders of Mii) came into my fact finding journey, I confirmed the big win of my business exploration. Jason is professionally and sharply competent as well as customer-centric all round. Jason is a top class business consultant in his field of work. I hope to sustain excellence for my business. Mii's order fulfillment gives Amazon serious a run for their money. I ordered a Vitamix Vita-Prep 3 at 1pm and it teleported here at 6pm. Same day delivery is passe. The sales rep Jason dropped a ton of tips on how to properly use the blender, which I appreciate. He knows that buyers like me don't read manuals. I started using the Vitamix immediately upon receipt (without reading the manual of course). It sounds like a fighter jet but it makes my smoothies so creamy that I'm loving every sonic boom! Four thumbs up. Thank you!

Shout out to Mii Foodservice. Amazing customer service. All my queries answered promptly on WA. Ordered at midnight. Delivered at 3pm. Lots of freebies thrown in, including a scrapper accessory, frozen acai, purees. Delighted with the VP3. There is something about Vitamix's blenders. They are just better than other brands. Blends finer and faster. I was wary the VP3 would be very loud because it is a blender from Vitamix's commercial line. I am happy to report my fears were unwarranted. The VP3 turned out to be softer than the classic 5300 I used to own. It is also softer than the Kitchen Aid diamond blender, which I replaced with the VP3.

Extremely thankful to have chanced upon Mii FoodService. There were a couple of distributor selling Vitamix however, our company has decided to purchase 2 of our machines from there. Whenever there was issues or concerns pertaining to the machine, William and Jason was quick to answer. The after sale service that was provided by them were definitely above and beyond of their duties. They would personally come to down to my shop a couple of times and even on weekends. I am immensely thankful to have such a strong support system from the suppliers and for any future kitchen appliances, they are the ONLY people I will go to and work with.

My very first Vitamix. While I have been using high-speed blender for more 10 years, can't beat this one. It blended my hot grains porridge into creamy texture in seconds. I still like these manual switches compare to the digital panel. Best buy ever!
