This money changer is definitely a scammer. I went to exchange SGD for English pounds 2 days ago, to realise that the pounds are outdated and cannot be used for any transaction in the UK. The money changer told me that the pounds from him are the current ones used in the UK. It caused me great inconvenience as now I have to go to a bank here in the UK to have the pounds exchanged. Much time and money have been wasted. Never will I go back to this money changer!

Disclaimer : Yes I know how the rating system works ~ ! The other reviews speak for itself. The person in charge of the exchange clearly lacks EQ and like the rest, many are seriously doubting his mental capacity. 1) Mask not worn and spits when talking 2) Offer an exchange rate of 1 sgd > 3.1rm when the market rate is 3.17 and almost all exchanges are offering 3.15-3.16rm (so be it) 3) Asked for coins to which we explained that we do not have coins but while searching for $2 notes, we got scolded for being poor and not having small changes with us (lol????) 4) Gave him $2 for change but got scolded for the lack of common sense. 5) Old chap also implied that he gets cancer from speaking to Singaporean and he cannot fathom how all Singaporeans are lacking common sense (he must be one of the few cancer survivors at there!) I don’t expect good services from this old chap given the pre-existing reviews, but this is another level of atrocity and irony. Quite a funny encounter for me to laugh it off hence will definitely return for the “most rude staff experience” ?? 5 star for the best worst experience ever
