The clerk was quite impatient and apparently with an attitude when I asked if she can help light touch on the potraits for my son. Her colleagues on the contrast did it nicely for us before. Who wants to come to such place to spend money?!?!

Had to print 2 documents a4 (non photo), there was no q, lady helped me to print and I paid and was out of the shop in less than a minute (seriously). total 4 sides b&w $2.

Extremely horrible quality photos, printed photos were super saturated. Then gave a stupid explanation was due to my images??? Aren't printed photo suppose to appear exactly how they do on your phone?

Came in at 8:30 as google said tht it closes at 9pm. When I reached there, I ask the staff for help to print out just a single paper as it is my first time doing it. But when I asked, she said "I don't know how to use this" and "we closing already" but it was only 8:30. If u guys don't accept customers after 8:30 pls state tht u close at 8:30 so tht people won't waste their time.

I sent two rolls of film to develop on the 10th Feb, on the third working day, I called them to ask if my films are ready to which they answered that they will email me once ready. Usually films are ready in soft-copy on the 3rd business day. & I waited for yet another two days only to receive one roll of images back. I called to clarify the issue, and I spoke directly to the manager. She didn't know what the issue was, told me my negatives was BLANK & told me to wait until I get my negatives back. It's been a week now. When I collected my negatives, the roll was entirely BLANK. Managed to speak to the manager, SANDY, again. That same manager who I spoke to previously was UNAPOLOGETIC & insisted that I might have over exposed my films by opening the back of my camera. She insisted that I have made a mistake by some of the possible reasons in the picture. Which I know is not true. She kept insisting that it was my mistake and she wanted the blank roll back to check on the issue. When I asked if they have developed the film before, she said yes β€” despite only offering services for C41 films. Only when I mentioned that the films are developed using a different developer (ECN2), she did not have a proper explanation. The previous roll that they've developed before by another customer, "was over exposed". SANDY, who was speaking in a condescending tone, was NOT APOLOGETIC and even chuckled at my problem, insisting that it was my fault for the blank roll. On top of that, she didn’t offer to refund us and only did when we asked. She was utterly unprofessional and I would not go back again. I hope future customers reading this would not experience this bad service they offer. Just go somewhere else who are more confident when developing films.

I called this branch at 3.45pm on 15 Feb 2022. The two ladies who helped me were knowledgeable, polite and professional. They were also able to give valuable advice based on their experience. I'm very impressed and grateful for their help.
