Very long waiting time and terribly service. As i came before young guy and took the queue number but they just ignored me and served the guy came after me. It took more than an hour to wait for a haircut!!

The wait time is too long, i came to cut my hair and got my number only 2 numbers away but had to wait for more than 2hrs. They are letting other people in to dye their hair even though i came earlier.

First time I went there it was a great experience! Came back for a haircut but the queue took very long. I'd say their service is great but waiting time takes forever.

They do not bother to entertain walk in customers! not prof at all! took at number at 1pm, waited till 2.45pm!! they allow customers who make reservations to come in 1st! there are 5 seats and 4 hairstylist but the queue wont even move. I can see they delibrately delay the time and waited for their appts to walk in as we waited in sweat outside! i wont even go back!

Took a queue number before the shop’s opening hours and waited for more than 2 hours after the shop opened and still not admitted. Asked a staff on the waiting time only to receive a bad attitude saying that most customers are perming/colouring. Bad management with walk-ins as waiting time may take up to 4 hours or even more, and the experience was made even worse with the rude staffs. The wait is totally not worth for a haircut. Would not have returned if not for the deposit they asked to make. Poor management with walk-ins. Would give 0 stars if google permits.

I was served on Leon the hairstylist. All the review given was true that this shop charging very unreasonable price and didn’t inform the customer what is the total cost before proceed. Very dishonest kind of business tactic. The waiting time is extremely horrible and couldn’t be accepted. Everyone please boycott this shop and don’t trust them

Boon lay - Min Koo 挂样头，买狗肉... 骗钱 a very dishonest shop and trying to cheat my money. I went to Min Koo Hair Studio at boon lay shopping centre on today (07/04/2022) at 6.19pm. This shop only want to earn money and only mentioned that I have to pay more after cutting my hair. Which the price is displayed outside, but they only after cutting then informed customer that customer need to pay extra money. The hair stylist should have told me about the extra charges before cutting my hair. I felt cheated!!!! This hair stylist also threaten me that if i never pay more, he will cut my hair ugly. Hence customer left with no choice, but to pay to extra and higher charges. THIS IS A BLACK SHOP!!! 挂样头，买狗肉.... 骗钱 I have reported it to CASE. As i do want any future personnel to be cheated on the extra charges too by Min Koo Hair Studio at boon lay shopping centre. Attached back view of the hairstylist whom cheating money, which this hairstylist try to hide his face when i was taking his photo. I have also log compliant to Member of Parliament (MP) Mr. Desmond Lee to look into the matter. PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO VISIT MIN KOO- BOON LAY IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.

Had a perm and haircut with Leon and was extremely satisfied! He is a perfectionist and do his best to satisfy my needs. He even go the extra mile to make sure everything is in the right order! Long waiting time is to be expected as they put in a lot of effort to ensure customers leave the salon fully satisfied. Do drop them a call for an appointment so that you do not have to wait for a long time!
