★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be one of the better Hokkien Mee I have tasted in a while. The lady boss is a very dedicated and candid lady. And I can see that she does her very best to make her customers happy with the quality ingredients she uses and the painstaking efforts she devotes to make the dining experience an enjoyable one. Piping hot and still tasty to enjoy when I did a takeaway! Would definitely recommend this place to people craving for local food!
PS: If you are ordering via food delivery, this store serves fish and chips for takeaway too! Talk about being enterprising and passionate about providing food for the population at large. This stall deserves 5 thumbs up! ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service and food! Didn’t notice this shop even though I’ve been living in the vicinity for almost 20 years and it was so unassuming but I was so impressed with the CKT and Oyster omelette!
Rarely patronise this coffeeshop and the food options were limited so we ordered the CKT to share and when it was my turn to eat it, I could only manage to take a photo of the remnants of the almost consumed plate of goodness ? There was a wokhey to the CKT and it was flavourful. Possibly the best CKT I’ve had.
Their oyster omelette was also fried to a crisp and didn’t have gooey chunks of starch. 10/10 will recommend and will travel all out just to eat these 2 dishes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst char kuay teow I've ever eaten! Seems to be cooked by Malaysian because the kuay teow is cooked in black sweet sauce same as what I tasted in Johor hawker centre except the price is 6 times more. There is no lard or wok hey taste at all like Singapore version.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ politely asked how long will my order take and was told by the young boy that he wasn’t able to give me an estimate waiting time. i went on to ask if it will take more than 30 minutes, but he responded with
“ i’m not sure “. then the old uncle rudely interrupted our conversation shouting “if you cannot wait, go just and eat other people food“. such a terrible experience here. will Never patronise this store again.

The best carrot cake is cooked by the stall owner. He sometimes has an assistant cook, who is also very good but just a tad lower standard than the former.

Cooking time is very very fast and the lady boss is very nice person.
Do try the fried oyster and Hokkien prawn noodle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude has been their trademark since almost 10 years ago, especially when they cannot meet the many orders they had after 10:30pm.
Before the pandemic, food was above average. Not so good now as I had just tasted their Char Kuey Tiao, too sweet and no more wok taste as they have to deal with delivery orders from Food Panda, Grab Food etc.. I don't even see smoke coming out from their wok! Sad.
