★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by staff at the woodlands link outlet. Ordered salted egg chicken rice at $6.50 each but the portion was so much lesser but more expensive than other seafood stalls we go to.
I order the same black pepper chicken rice for 5$ but i get more chicken. I went to ask the staff but the staff said because salted egg is expensive thats why give only a few piece, so little we only ate half the rice which is ridiculous... (we already paid more compared to other seafood stores at least give enough for the customer to finish their rice)
Giving a bad review everywhere and will never eat at this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location isn't very accessible (but we knew it from the beginning so it was alright). When we reached, there was no one who bothered to attend to us and we had to ask around before obtaining the menu. That was also when we knew that they do not honor the promo on weekends (they can really just state down isn't it?). Fish steamboat was a delight to have, chilli crab sauce was to the salty side. Crispy noodle was good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst restaurant ...have to wait more than 1.5 hr for Foodpanda delivery order. The staff is also not friendly. When I'm asking when my custpmer orders will ready, they only said wait..wait.. wait, I'm not asking but the customer is asking , so ad a delivery rider, I cannot reply to the customer . Pity the customer have to wait more than 2 hrs since the customer orderd online via foodpanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go during peak session, no system. Food was served to those that keep on chasing the counter lady.
Went during mum days 8may.
Long waiting time was told still got 5 more table before mine, I am customer 6.
The customer behind me ordered the same furong egg and pai ku Wang and was served first cause the customer 7 keep chasing them.
Went to confront the counter lady and she deny it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If counter girl ask you to up sizeu your fish for few dollars more, don't, no difference. Been cheated at least twice. Just extra dollars for them. Bought their promo crab 3 times, only one time was acceptable. Other time, crab quality were not fresh, tasted like from old dead crab, and other time crab meat was hard and size also small. Lately, they charged rice for set meal. So far, all zi chai stalls I tried don't charge for rice, rice is included in the meal. Bad experiences, the cai fan, also has become very pricy.
