★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A MOST HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Recommended by someone from the interior design industry but so utterly disappointing! Customer service is almost non existent here with no proper workflow protocols in place. Did not adhere to the timeline they were given and screwed up the specifications not once but twice. The quality of the workmanship is very poor as well. Workers were supposed to complete the installation job today based on the timeline discussed but they left abruptly just an hour after meddling with some stuff, without even giving any proper update. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional, nothing like what they claimed to be on their website!
