He conducted a motivational and study strategies workshop for the students taking their Cambridge GCE O levels that year. From my keen observation interacting with these motivation service providers (instructors, trainers) over the years, David's workshop and execution style surpasses most others in terms of immediate impact. By the end of a 3day workshop, we had students opening up to the teachers. This was in terms of seeking teachers' help after class for subjects and even confiding in us about some of the struggles they have with anxiety, such as post O- level choices. Note that previously these students never even talk to their teachers. Utilising a hybrid of NLP, personal experience (his personal story itself is a worthy TED talk alone. google it) and his deep domain expertise in student psychology, David n team is a force to be reckoned with.
