★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should indicate clearly that this place is on lvl 3 within the seng Kang post office. The address is very misleading and many first time user will be like me searching the ground floor for 30 mins and won’t be able to find the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super useless popstation. Can't even make payment to rent. Called the help line and tell me to hold and said please call back later because they are busy. Bruh. You close at 10pm. I called at 930pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thumb down. Disappointing experience. I opted for the machine to give me paper receipt but it did not come out at all. Asked the post office staff but she gave me a blur look. She told me `never mind as long as I have shipping label pasted, my parcel is received`. Her answer is not helpful to me at all. I should have selected receipt to be sent via SMS to me.
