β β β β β this must be the worst service i have ever gotten, no replies, called in 10 times over the course of 2 months (weekly) but no response. Is anyone even working? Have you closed due to covid?

β β β β β In regards to the licensed money lenders in Singapore, did your board do your check on them? Is charging 10% admin fees + 1%-4% per month legal? According to your website, licensed money lenders are not allowed to charge more than 4% per month but if they are charging 10% admin fees monthly, isn't it more than 4% or should say almost 11% to 14% per month. So is it legal? Eg loan $4000, they take 10% upfront admin fees i.e $400 then borrower will take $3600. They need to pay $1140 per month i.e $1000 + 10% admin fee ($100) + 4% per month interest ($40) total $1140 per month for 4 months total $4560 . Overall, including the upfront admin fees the borrower is paying 24% of the loan. Is it encouraging loan shark method?

β β β β β Honestly this is the worst agency you can come accross in singapore.
1) really slow reply on just a simple enquiries 5 days
2) templete reply not even sure if they even try to help or read your msg
3) hopless agencies instead of helping to solve problen they add to your problem
After reading the last few review i dont even believe it as we are talking about a government agencies in sg but trying is believing. Try it and u would know all other 1 star rating are true.
