Long and slow security patches on laptops, laptops constantly failing with hard drive errors, very slow network speeds, unstable transactions system with multiple errors, poor support and follow-ups from outside team handling patches to NFS/AMS. Asset management team in particular is very poorly managed with uncaring and rude executives, poor planning and organising of stocktake and tagging exercises, constant sending of emails internally and to agencies by spamming email folders for everything, poor training of new staff, poorly managed approval processes for transactions causing multiple lapses, and weak communication and coordination of work processes.
