β β β β β Proceeded to Samsung experience centre on lvl 1 to buy a phone since it does not make sense to pay S$320+ to replace the lcd screen of my 1 year 7 months s20. The condition of my phone looks almost new so luck has some parts to play for gadgets.
I was attended by Daniel who briefly explained the phone specs in layman terms. Even though I went to the store on a Monday afternoon, it took almost 4 hours to purchase a new phone and transfer all my data to the new phone. To be fair, most of the waiting time is for the data transfer so please buffer in enough time before making your way down. Also, there are still quite a nunber of walk in customers although it's a monday. The waiting time can be cut short if you can do the data transfer yourself but I had to rely on daniel since my screen was not in an usable state. Thanks Daniel for the assistance and patience that day!

β β β β β Great customer service! I had a burnt out screen on a weekday and arrived too late at the service center on the second floor to get it fixed. However I urgently required a phone for the trace together app (required by my workplace). I was panicking and didnt know what to do, but a very nice lady there by the name of Jeniffer helped me transfer the data from my old phone to my new one, all the while being unable to view the screen of my old phone due to the screen issue. She helped me set up all the accounts and everything very nicely before seeing me off with a smile. So this is a shout out to her! Thanks Jennifer!

β β β β β A wide assortment of phones and casings on display which makes choosing a hp easy. I bought the phone on samsung website, and collected it at westgate. It was rather seamless. Free gifts have to be redeemed online once i collected the hp and once they email me an order receipt/invoice. Smart switch has to be done at service centre, nearest would be causeway point.
