I was served by Mark and I have to compliment for his excellent customer service and clearly he has vast experience and skillset to deal with strap replacement.. it was very smooth execution and fast. if you guys want to come here, look for Mark and he will take care your watch to his best ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 3 sets of "Rubber B" straps for my 124060 submariner, 126622 yacht master and 16570 explorer 2, these well made rubber b straps makes the steel Rolex more sporty, casual and comfortable. All these times, Mark has served me and was extremely careful to install the straps on my watches. He has also kindly helped me to reattached the extra links to my original bracelet so that they will not go missing during storage. After which, we caught up on small talk on the rolex market and was surprised he showed me his collection of Sub 5513 and GMT Master 1675. Thanks Mark for the great service and conversation and I look forward to recommending my friends to your store.

I enjoyed watching the handicrafts involved in the process and going through the shop admiring all the beautiful cases. Definitely the right place to go for all watch accessories and maintenance needs
