★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to highlight that while I am a fan of this brand, the staff service here is not really very desirable. For the whole duration I was there, there was no staff stationed at the second floor (Men's section). I think that the main problem is the lack of staff unfortunately :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited MK on Orchard road today. I was welcomed by Chris Yong Hong Yi at the entrance as he took my temperature. He quickly introduced me to the bags section, RTW and shoes. He manages to recommend a few bags and shoes that I like. He even offered me water as well and allow me to take a seat while waiting for my turn to pay. He explained how to take care of my leather shoes and asked me to join membership for future sales/coupon. I highly recommend this staff he checked all the luxury service. He also asked for my name as well and able to give me a gift box when I request for one. Not hard selling and honest. I will only come back to this store for Chris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last day of 2020 I went to mandrian gallery singapore to purchase a bag from michael kors and I had the worst experience in my life. The staff who are working there don't know how to handle the customer. It was very bad to end of my 2020 in that manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Michael Kors (Orchard) yesterday & was welcome by their staff. The staff told me that there’s a selection of sales item having 50% off and the other side didn’t. Was looking into having a small wallet and saw a wallet with a 50% discount and bought it. Ended up the staff took awhile to insert into the system for the member account and took awhile to wait. Told her it’s alright if she didn’t insert into the system. Went out from the outlet, looked into the item and was feeling disheartened knowing the sales item wasn’t including the MK box.
Bought the MK bag 2 years ago and was the same thing happen. Only received the dust bag without the Box.

I truly love her warm, welcoming n ever helping attitude! Will definitely look for her when I shop again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I have a splendid experience with Michael Kors Mandarin Gallery.I love the service from Mr Luqman he shows us which one is the new and on sales items that we can choose from and he also gives us opinions on which bags looks nicer or suitable on us.
Unlike my past experiences when i went in to MK store in MBS. Its not the first time that ive notice, the staff there treated us as if we are invisible. In 5 September, i went again but this time i went with my mom i get irritated the way they treated her.
The Mandarin Gallery MK staff's have much more standard service compared to Marina Bay Sands. In a customer service industry we should treat people equally, not how they look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Michael Kors’ flagship store in Singapore, boasting of 2 levels of Michael Kors brand products. The store is spacious and bright.
We came into the store looking for a specific bag. We were greeted by the friendly sales staff and felt instantly welcomed.
The staff were helpful and showed us a few products as the bag that I wanted was unavailable.
Even though we didn’t get anything in the end, the staff were still friendly and greeted us as we were leaving.
