Do not recommend , woodland mrt branch staff are young and unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff forced open and broke a part of the phone to but still asked for payment and said he did not promise that the phone will be usable after. Guilty conscious staff. No eye contact when talking after he broke it. No receipt provided for transaction. Go at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This feedback is for shop at Woodlands mrt. Put tempered glass for my phone also cannot do properly.Got bubble here and there. My phone screen is white and installed the black frame film without even asking me. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask them to fix my screen. In the end they make my speaker spoilt. Return to them the second day, they say the stocks for speaker replacement will come in a week. But it’s been 2 month and no call from them. Go to this shop at your own risk

The staff especially the guys is so rude.
They treat customer impolitely and when I ask them about the price , the guy even said the price keep changing everyday without telling me the actual price.
Besides, he also chase me by saying u can go Samsung shop and find the exact price.....
However , my purpose is to get the second hand phone on the day itself. He keep avoiding my questions and when I repeat it , he answer but doesn’t answer the question !!!!!!!
This shop is not a good shop to go because the way they treat customers and the service is so bad
I doesn’t recommend this shop anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought iphone Earphones from them and they give me the ones on the shelf but the sound quality was very bad and I told them the problem. One of the guy had helped me by trying 2 other earphones from the shelf but it was all bad. He then gave me a set from under the counter. The products on the shelf are fake I think but all the real stuff is under the counter. So if your stuff is faulty ask them again and again until they give you your item from the below the counter. Thumbs up to super nice guy

2. Repairing skill is not professional. Repair one problem while giving you another problem. Try them with your own luck

Another guy help me check their repaired screen.
1. This store even lost two screws;
2. They cheated to use cheap screen from small factory in China and claimed the screen came from original factory;
3. They even didn’t install well when they replaced screen, so as to disabled Touch ID.
4. Light sensor was broken when they replaced screen.
In conclusion, their mobile repair skill sucks. I regret to use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Oppo A95 as recommended by salesman at woodlands MRT mobile 8. Paid $399 + $25 for tempered glass.
Later when I check online, other merchant was offering a lower price and more free gifts. Not as honest as I thought.
