I ordered and paid for 2 items from this supplier. The day after I ordered they said they didn't actually have 2 items, so I could only have 1. They then said they wouldn't be mailing the 1 item until 2 days after I ordered it, which changed the delivery time from 3-4 days to 5-6 days. Now I won't even receive 1 of the items in time for the special occasion I needed it for. Awful.

Only had a very bad experience once where the staff actually screwed up my parcel collection and cost me some effort and time to get my item but all the other visits were fine and other staff were all very friendly and professional.
