I bot a note 8 phone tempered screen protector on sun 17 sep 17 for $18 from Mobile Station Altho tey recommended anor one for $38. After 2days..the screen fell off and i took the screen back to shop. Salesperson Ryan was insistent tat there is no refund and item has no warranty despite me telling him i understood his points. All i asked was to top up $20 for the $38 screen protector since i have pd $18 for the defective one He sd the best deal he can gv aft consulting April, his superior was i pay $30 for the $48 screen protector (which on sun was $38) and becz i m a regular customer..tey will throw in the back cover FREE..which i have no need for!! My point were.: 1. The tempered glass is obviously a lemon..a totally defective one to have fallen off aft TWO DAYS. My prev purchase from this shop lasted a yr. Therefore tey shld at least be rsponsible enough to allow me topping up to get THE btr one tey had recommended 2. Why was the recommended one had a change of price fr 38 to 48 within 2days? 3. Aft the change in price..which tey claimed i had heard wrongly I wld actually have spent $48..top up $30..plus $18 i paid for the defective one Which doesnt make sense! Well..tey have lost a regular customer who has patronized them for years This is the last i will have anything to deal with them! Pity..as i have always tot tey were one of the more honest mobile shops around!
