I bring my laptop for them to repair dye to unable to on… told me my laptop cannot be done n need to reboot… after reboot n install new Windows, everything looks OK… one month later, the windows pop out Windows expire needs product key to activate… bring back to them n tell me is my fault that I never update properly…
I told them this should not be the case, is not because never update, is they not using original Windows…so they reinstall again for me… I see the disc they install just like they burn it out not the original one… one more month pass, my laptop show me expire again… Sian…
Pls don't go to this type of shop… when problem arise, push faults to customer than want to charge once more for redo it…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They helped me check my laptop which I thought was spoiled but found out that problem was minor and did not need repair.
Didn’t charge me for consultation and was really friendly and helpful.
Btw, they are opened on Sunday which is a great plus.

I see one other customer come in he keep talking to the other customer rudely just because the customer was genuinely uncertain about what he really needs.
The charges are also overpriced.
Don't business with them please, not worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop could not on and I went to this place to get it fixed. I thought it was my laptop battery problem but surprisingly the IT guy told me it was a motherboard problem and charged me $160. At that point in time I wanted to get it fix asap so I agreed even though I had my suspicions.
The laptop got fixed but 1 month + later my laptop could not on again. This time I went to another IT place which told me it was a battery problem. Ended up getting it fixed without problems ever since. IT connectionz Bedok is not a place I will trust.

Chris is a rarity - true technician who knows what quality service is and urgency for the customers to have the notebook running again. It's a first class service in a humble neighborhood setting.
