Great service standard from Chee How. Took me a while to get my iPad fixed and I thank him for the patience.

I am their customers for like 11 years. Over the years, their customers service and helpfulness did not change, they were extremely efficient and ready to assist. I even recommended all my friends whenever they ask me where to sell or where to buy phones or even screen cover. Unfortunately, this time I am extremely disappointed. Recently my dad was asked to purchase an ipad instead of tablet, I am not very sure what is the reason they gave him, but my dad bought it with the mindset that ipad will be able to receive messages not tablets. He is their loyal customer for many years too. And I guess they lied or briefly explained to him? Anyway, for my case, on 7th Jan, I called and asked them if I can trade in my phone (back was cracked) and do a trade in, they agreed the cracked portion will have a reduction in price, which I agreed, so I bought a new set of phone from them and told them I will bring down my phone to trade in after I transport data over the new phone. They agreed. I even told them it will be one or two days later from that date. They agreed. I brought my phone over on 9th Jan to sell, but they changed their words. They made us wait for an hour saying that they will need to check with their buyer, then to tell us they cannot accept cracked glass because of cny? Two days ago when I wish to buy phone and trade in is can sell, two days later cannot sell because of CNY? Erm? Btw, the person who prata her words was disappointingly, Rain. I must say, thank you for your past 11 years of service, Mobile Station, but now I will never be your returning customer nor will I recommend anyone to go over, because it seems that they have changed their direction of sales pitch. Now, they have no more customers service.
