No shop named as "phone doctor" in this address. The real name is Break n Fix. The price is high, charged 30 only for diagnostic if you hvnt open n dry it (good that I have). after wait for 45 minutes, they said that LCD is burnt, n they don't hv LCD. the price of changing LCD is 90. they also said that they never recommend to fix water damage.

I find this shop trustworthy, price will be quoted before the repair and they will collect payment after repair (remember to request for a collection slip though - the quoted price will be stated on the collection slip in case of any conflict after the repair). First time patron this shop after reading other good reviews online. The workmanship is not bad and staffs service is very good and polite. Repair of LCD only took them one day.

Shortly after, he told me my phone was just out of battery and charged awhile for me. Very honest salesman. I believe if it was other shop, they might have told me its a battery issue. They also made their phone lines easily accessible and answer pretty quickly. I had my screen replaced and the replacement was fantastic- responsive, clean and sharp. In terms of price - it was a decent price, I checked with other shops and they offered one of the cheaper alternatives. Phone repair does cost quite a bit though so I suggest that you don't set your expectations too high. It however, depends on your phone model, so do call in before visiting to confirm the a.) timing of when the technician is in and b.) the price of the repair. In addition, the repair was very quick- it only took 30 minutes and because of the convenient location at Bedok Mall, one could come at lunch or dinner and get their phone fixed without too much inconvenience. Overall pretty satisfied with their service and wouldn't mind coming back.

Explained well, not pushy. Price almost same as the ah beng shops outside. Would recommend this place. (did not sell my phone because selling second hand phone the price is damn bad everywhere that I rather keep the phone as spare)

I went to the shop on 27th Dec 2021 to check what happened to my one plus 6T mobile why network is not coming. The shop keeper told it's a mother board issue and while checking time he broken my sim slot . And he didn't say sorry to me also. He is telling me 140$ you need to pay to fix the mother board and he didn't replace my sim slot. He only broke my working sim slot and he told if you repair on my shop paying 140$ then only I can give sim slot . Such a bad mannered shop keeper . This is completely a scam way to trap customer .
