I just handed with her the 1.5 hours and she knew how best to use it, explaining in great length the treatment she was providing. Thanks to Wei Jin, my skin is glowing and feels silky smooth. One must mention is the pore and blackhead remover, quality ensure and there wasn’t much pain in the process which is very different compared to other beauticians. Highly recommended.

Mavis is great in her customer service; she engages very well with customers and ensures that customers are well taken care of and their treatment sessions are planned as committed in the packages signed.
Hon Wei is diligent and she puts in effort to assess the issues of customers before recommending the appropriate treatments to address customer's problems. Her skills in particular relieve my lower back pain at each treatment session and I get to have better sleep thereafter. Thank you.
Hope the company value the services of these staff and retain them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isabel was very good at explaining every step of the treatment and telling me what my skin needs.Obviously she has to ask if I would like to top up for a extra treatment but there was absolutely no hard selling. Just suggestions. Overall, I enjoyed the service and would come again.

I’ve been with Modern Beauty Salon for more than a decades. I’ve seen how they grow from one to multiple branches. The fact that I can stay so long with them shows how satisfied I am with their years of quality facial service. They will customize the facial treatment based on your skin condition on every trip. I also love some of their products like oxy calm mask, cell repair and triple vitamin C cream. They are very effective products and my children are using some of these products now. Every facial treatment is a form of relaxation therapy to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a trial using shopback voucher not expecting much. However, the treatment exceeded my expectations. Michelle was very thorough in the cleansing and everything listed on the voucher was honored. They will ask you to consider taking up a package but not too pushy about it.
