Dr Rong Rong is incredible. I first visited her around March 2021 and since then, my skin/complexion has improved so much. She is super attentive and I love that she has a plan for me from Day 1 on improving my skin journey. I've never been more happy with the results and I'm able to go out now feeling more confident. I'm so thankful to have found TUC and to have connected with such lovely staff who only want the best for you. I started seeing Dr Rong for a few months and she has been really wonderful. Dr Rong was patient in explaining my skin condition to me during consultations and very skilled, gentle and detailed during procedure. Im also appreciative of how when i had a painful acne during my follow-up review, she treated it for me on top of my touch up treatment and didn’t charge at all. Overall, my exp with this clinic has been really nice. Not pushy at all and they don’t make u sit through those long sales talk to sign up for their packages. Feels like they care for their patients and don’t anyhow charge, increase price or try to force sell u crazy expensive products in small bottles. Bought 1 of their products and it’s reasonably priced and works well. Yes products can be expensive but there is a point when paying too much doesn’t make sense anymore.

I have been visiting The Urban Clinic regularly and every visit is an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Dr Tsu is very highly experienced, knowledgeable and skillful. The clinic consultant Eve is very helpful, professional and friendly. More importantly, I am very satisfied with the results and will continue to visit them regularly. Highly recommend to everyone!

My wife and I started seeing Dr Tsu a few months before our wedding as I had bad acne outbreak as a result of wearing masks all day and stress from work. Dr Tsu was meticulous in diagnosing our skin condition and took the time to patiently answer our questions, always making sure we are comfortable during the treatments. He is very knowledgeable and we felt assured that we are in good hands. All of the staff and especially the consultant that attended to us Fanny was very helpful and made sure our appointments were always organised properly.

Overall a fantastic experience at the Urban Clinic under Dr. Rongrong! I was struggling with acne issues for over 3 years, unable to find solutions that could help me to clear up my skin. Dr Rongrong was immediately able to cater to my personal living habits and recommend improvements that I should make to better my skin condition, as well as carrying out laser treatments with professionalism and care. I’m immensely grateful for all the help that she has given over the course of my treatment, which helped me to feel much more confident about my skin than before. I would highly recommend the Urban Clinic for anyone that is facing the same plight that I used to.

Dr. Tsu is highly attentive & very professional. He listens to my concerns and only prescribes the appropriate treatments. Never once did he try to push additional products or procedures. It was also important to me that the clinic only uses products that are of the highest quality. Would highly recommend to anyone that is keen in taking good care of their skin.

Dr Yanni is one of the best aesthetic doctors I have come across. She is warm and friendly, takes time to listen to your concerns and prescribes not overdoing any procedure. Each visit is really pleasant, attentive and never hurried, from check-in, photo taking, all the way to booking the next appointment.

Thankful to have Dr Tsu Boon Hsiung of The Urban Clinic as my Aesthetics Doctor for more than a decade. Know Dr Tsu personally when we were working together in the Aesthetics Medical industry 10 years ago. Being in the industry then allows me to have an insight into what the aesthetics equipment really do to help improve/ maintain my skin & body. It also helps me to know what I am looking for in an aesthetics doctor who can help me in my aesthetics journey as a patient. Dr Tsu is one doctor that I recommend and give 101% assurance to anyone who is looking for an aesthetics doctor. It is so important to have a responsible, approachable and meticulous doctor who can addressed your skin/ body issues whenever you have questions and also customise your treatments accordingly. I do not have a prefixed aesthetics treatments with Dr Tsu. Instead, I leave it in his hands to customise the treatments and/ or prescribe any medical creams accordingly because I am very sure he knows what would work for me. I am a busy mom of 3 young kids so there are many times where I may miss the calls for appointment confirmations from the clinic front desk. But I am thankful to Dr Tsu’s assistant, Megan who would drop me a message instead to remind me of my appointments as well as to follow up with me after each treatments. If need be, I know I can also drop Megan a message anytime who would help me with questions on any treatment/medication cream that I am unsure of its usage. So if you are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Medical Doctor, Dr Tsu Boon Hsiung of The Urban Clinic is definitely highly recommended.
