★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good grief. The word customer service is not in their lexicon. I brought in my profit system bucket coz the handle broke and the service guy was so rude! An obviously badly made product (probably from China and made using fake plastic) which they then slapped on the Leifheit brand.
