I went to do servicing at Modern on April 2020 as it was near my house. It was my first servicing with them. I wasn't thinking of asking them to resolve the issues of vibration and sound coming from the bonnet at stationary. But I thought maybe let them have a go at it, perhaps they can resolve the issues. Didnt have much expectation but turn out that the senior mechanic, with China Chinese accent, was able to identify the issues very quickly. He pointed out the issues to me and what parts to change. I was impressed after the issues were really resolved. I will be going there for subsequent servicing and repairs. Update on 05 April 2021, a year later. My car was making some 'aeroplane' sound few days earlier. So I thought maybe to let the workshop look at the issue and at same time do servicing. As expected, the senior mechanic with China Chinese accent won my respect again. He sat in my car, drove around, and could almost immediately guessed the issue. At the workshop, he spined the wheels and confirmed the issue to be drive shaft spoiled. He changed the drive shaft for me, and yes, the sound was gone. I would recommend this workshop for reliable service. The senior mechanic with China Chinese accent is really good.

I ask for a quote for the service of my car. They gave lame excuses as they are busy with other jobs. I wrote back to tell them I am willing to wait next week or even later, however they did not reply me. They did not want to do my car I guess it is because I am bringing my own original material which I required to guarantee for the car warranty. I am truly disappointed with their such stuck up attitude. May they improve on this.
