K	Kwah eeling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car was sent for repair and filing for reports after an accident. The lack of follow up from the company is appealing. We were told that it will take an estimate of 2 weeks for the repairs on the day of report, followed by a call 3 working days later, stating 2 weeks required for the repair. Fast forward a week later, we followed up with a call to check on the status and received the same reply that another 2 weeks is required with no explanation on the delay. It was said that a check with th mechanic will be done to confirmed. However, it had been 2 days and we had yet to receive any return calls. A call was made again to them again to check the status and we were not given an estimate on when the car collection would be nor an apology was given for the lack of updates. This is extremely frustrating to use the services and definitely deter any returns.
I	Isabel Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was my first time at a car workshop so i was initially intimidated and scared of not understanding what needs to be done/getting a large bill for nothing. i was soooo thankful to be greeted and assisted by wendy who is really friendly and kind!! it is easy to talk to her like telling her your concerns or asking her what certain car parts were. everything is transparent to you. i also needed my car quite urgently as my working hours are tight and i was able to get my car back in the same day for servicing and parts replacement. i am a happy customer :-)

Wendy was so friendly and approachable throughout. Seriously considering switching to Progressive Car Care for my car's regular maintenance servicing... :)

Darryl was very helpful and patient in providing assistance and advice. Went down to the workshop and the team was very efficient in helping to assess the vehicle and putting up the accident reports. 5 stars service rendered by the team. Will review again when i collect my car after the repairs.

Claiming hit a hiccup due to other party not responsive but Progressive made sure they kept following up and in the end helped to engage the other party. Repair was done professionally and car looks great. Appreciate that they cleaned up the vehicle inside as well. Pleasantly surprised. They will also help to process the loss of use claims which they will update me soon. Highly Recommended. Photo show before and after
