★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CCAB pool is open to the public in the afternoon. Entry costs only $1 and it can be paid off with ActiveSG credits if you have them.
The pool has adequate facilities. However, its age shows. The pool water is clean, though some feel that there is a slight murky quality to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open air public pool. The pool and facilities are actually quite old and in an original condition. There's a small training pool for kids and a regular 50m pool. Need to purchase ticket at a ticket booth on the other end of the hockey field, which is a pain. You can also pay for entry via your ActiveSG account app if you are eligible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going there for swimming for a few months now. Most of the time, there are bookings and co-curriculum activities in the evenings.
Have been using the 25m pool in the evenings. Not very spacious.
Lifeguards are very very very friendly. Always welcoming and helpful. Very approachable.
Getting entrance tickets is a bit more troublesome; have to walk like to the other side of the building to purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for swim class. Rules here v uptight about parents paying entrance fee if they were to enter. Lifeguard main role "appears" to check parents for tickets payment. 10min grace period given to parents to help children, ie shower and dress up if any to skip entrance fee.
Din know this a sport council pool, always thought is a private pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As some reviewers had suggested, this pool is kinda less crowded. However, be forewarned as 1/3 of it is a diving pool! Imagine my shock when I swam there one night without this knowledge as I'm kinda afraid of deep pool/ocean. Regardless, it's has a bit of a peaceful tranquility about it as it's situated just beside the Botanic Gardens, unless there are swim meets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been swimming in this pool for more than a year and the pool is very well maintained even though the place has been around for many decades.
The life guards are very friendly and the rest of the service staffs are very welcoming too.
Please make use of the ActiveSG app as there is $100 worth of wallet that can be used for paying the entrance fees. The entrance fees for Singaporean is $1.30 per visit on weekends. I think it is $1 for weekdays but only available in the evenings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool is nested close to the botanic garden on the ground of the old national university of Singapore. The pool is use by very few swimmers as it situated in an area with not public housing.
