Great coaching 10/10 recommend!

Tristan and Isabel Ng ‘graduated’ after two years of consistent JS training. We relocated to Tokyo, Japan, in 2019. Two years later, I can still see the effects of JS coaching. We still do the JS stretch and warm up. We thank the coaches for passing on the love of running and proper training techniques and philosophies to parents and students. The coaches would educate the parents as well if they are interested. Tristan and Isabel ran fastest at their schools’ time trial recently. Lucas Ng, 4 then, regularly watched his brother and sister train at JS. Coach Lydia would cheer him on as he ‘practiced’. He is an amazing runner now, having absorbed the techniques and passion. Thanks again coach Jack, Lydia, Manjit, Jet and Eric. Lastly, coach Jack techniques really work. As a young running coach at Chatsworth about 3 years ago, I applied his guidance and techniques. We won a bundle of medals at the International Schools’ athletic competition. A few of Chatworth’s athletes also trained at JS. Over at JS, just winning is not the primary goal. It’s about the cultivation of passion, being in a community of supportive runners and patient athlete development. Attached is a picture of Lucas Ng after a 2.8km run.
