โ โ โ โ โ The Ministry of Education Language Centre (MOELC) was set up in 1978 to offer French and Japanese as a Third Language. A year later, the choices for Third Language were expanded to include German. Subsequent years saw the introduction of Malay as a Third Language in 1986 and Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia in 2008. From January 2014, MOELC offers Spanish as a Third Language, bringing the total number of Third Languages offered at the MOELC to seven.
Geat place for students to learn a 3rd language, which offers three Asian languages (Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic) and four foreign languages (Japanese, French, German and Spanish) to choose from.

โ โ โ โ โ I am a student at this language centre and my classes are usually from 3.30 to 6.45. During the evening, there are A LOT of mosquitoes flying around and we always get bitten, especially when waiting for parents to fetch. I get at least 5 bites each lesson. Other than that, the place is ok ?

โ โ โ โ โ It's near the Newton mrt Station. There is a back gate pickup point. It's nearer to walk that way, from the station. Japanese, French and either Spanish or German (can't remember) offered. Only one stall in the canteen. There is a library. Many cats nearby.

โ โ โ โ โ Teachers seem to keep changing throughout the school year. Facilities are old and vending machines have little selection. They are also not working more often than not. Looks like the set of a horror movies, to be frank. Books are ridiculously expensive and classrooms are very worn down. MOE can do better than this.

โ โ โ โ โ Poorly located for an Moe building. Very inconvenient to get to went there is a course. Rainy days would be more of a dread.
