Backend Programmer is always there to help to resolve any issue fast. Customization of the system has been very smooth. Highly recommended! Used to use off the shelve system for my Business and switched to this, the off the shelve system is nothing compare to Moiboo Software and what makes the software work is the team behind it. Save me alot of administrative work, reduce my headcounts for doing administrative work. Babu, Sowmya and their back end team did a great job!

Be careful of this software, I spent a lot of money expecting a quality product. First they will say everything is customizable but after purchasing it comes to a position they say cannot customize as it will 'effect other customers'. I spend a daunting time with their tech support trying to get the features I needed, so much time wasted to explain things I need only to receive the outcome that they cannot do it. I gave trying to explain things with their tech support because they do not even know the basic concepts of running a workshop. The inventory system is absolutely hopeless in Moiboo. There is no way to get the closing stock of the inventory. If a customer gets dependent on the software this means there is no back up. Which was very scary to find out! I was unable to even use their whatsapp feature because a specific field was not changed for me. An estimate created turns out in multiple pages and even shows incorrect figures when turned to pdf. Basically I cant even send an estimate using this software because of the bugs!!! There is no way to turn an estimate into a jobcard !!!!! What a time waste to re enter everything ?!!!! So you have to create a job card instead of an estimate and delete the job card if the customer doesn't accept. Really hopeless!! I could have got the features I wanted on a basic software. Moiboo has left me utterly dissapointed.

Moiboo is really good to use and their sales and support staff are really good to interact and whenever asked for help they help us. Even after using the system for more than 3 years they have been quite good in terms of support. Their knowledge in the system towards our query and immediate response has been quite remarkable.
