Good experience. Got an appointment online for the next day. Friendly staff. Car servicing and battery check (hybrid car) completed within 2 hours. Understand they have a waiting lounge with WiFi but i ended up going for a walk at the Bishan park while waiting for the car.

Had appointment at 9am, arrived early but staff are not ready, overall impression of the place is like a deserted warehouse. There was an old uncle who serve me, not sure if he is the boss but he was not very helpful and have a feeling that he is trying to run down my car until it’s worthless and encourage me to change and repair lots of parts in order to make money. I waited 3 hours for basic servicing and brake pad change, would had taken longer if i had not approach them. When approached the uncle, he refuse to stand up to check but instead ask me to go find the mechanic myself. (which is in a restricted zone for clients) He even blame me for not giving them enough time to “properly” fix my car. HEV website is convincing and properly done, but when visited the place, it’s a total opposite of what is portrait on the web. Felt cheated for the charges.

After doing my own research on hybrid battery replacement, I realized there were some workshops claiming to offer the service of replacing Lexus/Toyota original battery. However it was mentioned as OEM batteries when further probed. This sparked the curiosity in me to search for answers to better understand the existence of it. Thankfully, I came across the Hybrid Blog by Hevshop that raised the awareness of this issue. I always believe that there must be a reason why original parts must be used to be in sync with the car and its system especially when it comes to Hybrid vehicles where many electrical wiring are involved. When I read the FAQ on Hevshop's website, I was convinced that they are the truest hybrid specialist in Singapore due to their utmost transparency in highlighting this OEM vs Original difference. For vehicle owners that owns a hybrid vehicle, do not be confused by so-called "OEM Batteries" because they do not exist for hybrid battery pack. "OEM Batteries" are a cheaper alternative battery packs produced by 3rd parties in other countries. They have lower capacity, power and energy level. More importantly, they are not crash tested and could pose as a fire risk since they are not meant to work well with our original hybrid system in our vehicle. Therefore, without much hesitation I made an appointment at the earliest date to get my hybrid battery replaced. No doubt there are differences in pricing, but there's this saying that "If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys." Would you rather have a peace of mind and assurance that you're getting the best or to save that couple of hundred dollars and have sleepless nights on whether the OEM is indeed original? The choice is yours and my choice is Hevshop. I appreciate the fact that the Hevshop consultant (Kenneth) and Hevshop's boss (Mr Teo) were very knowledgeable and straightforward in highlighting what will be done for my car. Mr Teo (Hevshop's boss) also personally inspected and assisted with the battery replacement for my Lexus CT200H as well as checking on other components such as my inverter coolant, engine coolant, brake fluid. The prices were also transparent upon quotation. It is very heartening to see the boss being very involved in the business when one could have the choice of being at the comfort of their home with other employees being present at work. Overall, the pricing is reasonably justified and I will definitely recommend Hevshop to all hybrid vehicle owners.

First time owing hybrid car. Got some issue with ABS. After rectify with special equipment for diagnostic, feel very happy. Went to so many workshop and got many different answers. Plus change new oil and spark plugs. Now car feel very smooth. Thank you SA Low and the team for the advise.

Service is excellent. Reasonable environment and aircon lounge is provided. They seem very knowledgeable in dealing with Hybrid car maintenance. The boss there explained to me patiently on how to take care of Hybrid car. I would come back for my next service.

Very knowledge mechanics & good service, did not force add on service if its not required. Feel they are honest and skilled during my first visit impression. Not lowest price in the market but definitely worth paying the extra with the Hybrid knowledge and equipment they possess. Thanks for the great work on servicing my Honda Freed. ?????

The go to place for EVs in Singapore. Ample experience and great service too. Met Kenneth who is very helpful and professional in explaining and addressing any concerns. Fast responses via WhatsApp too. Workshop is huge, as it spans an entire floor, but going to the place is a little tricky, as you need it enter by the back gate of Sin Ming STA and go up a car lift to the 3rd Floor. Quite exciting also if you’re there for the 1st time ?
